440 - getting error message with consolidated buffs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Moving the consolidated buffs window
2. Moving the user buffs window
3. Now the Reset button is always active and the window cannot be reset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the game freezes for about 0,5 seconds (this is not a short time in fights or when farming!)  and then Shows the message below.
error message:
Consolidated Buffs 15.1.8
Interface\FrameXML\UIPanelTemplates.lua:120 attempt to perform arithmetic on field "cursorOffset" (a nil value)

What version of the product are you using?
Consolidated Buffs 15.1.8

    I can't seems to reproduce this, is this also happening with all other addons disabled?
