451 - Debuff panel every raid or pvp moving out...
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Going to raid
2.Going to dungeon
3.Going to pvp like Ashran
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see target debuff panel and sometimes its going down...im opening moveanything -> target -> debuffs mobing that back but its not helping me....
What version of the product are you using?
Last version with autoupdate via curse cliend
Do you have an error log of what happened?
I dont think that error log ll help u with this issue

I move target panel and hero panel at the down of screen, near the blizzard panel
