463 - TalkingHeadFrame

The addon works nicely with Legion Alpha. At least with most of the frames.

However there's a new frame we will see a LOT, like every single time we're about to do a world quest. The main storyline uses it quite frequently, too.

The name is TalkingHeadFrame. It would be fantastic if we could re-position this center-bottom popup.
