What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install MoveAnything.  Swatter is installed only to copy/paste the error.  The error will occur without Swatter.
2. Turn off Consolidate Buffs in Interface -> Buffs and Debuffs.
3. Zone between Tanaan Jungle and Ashran or any zone really, these zones are just convenient for testing.   You have to log after getting the error the first time.  It will not reproduce after subsequent zoning without logging.
