What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Loading into a character with the addon enabled
2.  Loading in with the addon disabled.  Then enabling it and reloading ui w/ addon control pannel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The addon works as expected as it always has.  However on the LFG / LFR window frame the role check boxes, drop menu and rewards fields are all displaced to the lower left portion of the window (right on top of the left buttons for LFG, LFR, and custom group as shown in the attached picutre).  Note the LFG window itself is not moved or modified by this addon when this occurs, only when the addon is enabled.  Moving the window does not correct the problem.  And the problem only persists when this addon is enabled.

Please provide any additional information below.
I thought I had read this was a previous known issue, but I can't find a mention of it or fix for it anywhere.  Uninstalling the addon, removing it's folders from the character and WTF folders and then reinstalling does not fix the issue.
