476 - buffs/debuffs not moveable with 7.x patch
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change Buffs or Debuffs (location) on player unit frame
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see buffs window move/enlarge. Rather it appears 'consolidated buffs' parent unit frame is missing from bliz UI. In the case of Buffs if you move them they vanish from screen when you should be seeing them. In the case of Debuffs they still are in original location.
What version of the product are you using?
