What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reproduced after wiping WTF config file and saved lua file for moveanything.
2. Happens as soon as I move the debuffs to anywhere else on the screen.
Do you have an error log of what happened?

What version of the product are you using?
16.0.1 but occurred in the past file version as well. Figured I should get it fixed now... :).
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Prior, when I would recieve this error. I was still able to actually see my debuffs. Even though the error message was showing up in chat infrequently. Now, upon 7.0, both my buffs and debuffs are not listed after being moved. When I reset them to default, they are visible. I'm assuming the problem is new legion focused. But, the fact that I've had this specific debuff error for a while... might mean its independent of the mega-changes currently going on in the game, with alpha and beta and pre-patch.

Other addons being used are; Postal, Quartz, MasterPlan, TellmeWhen and Wowhead Looter.
But it will happen when its just on by itself. But thought I'd write them incase that it did create a problem.

That being said, occasionally they do show but they are showing at random locations. For example, its non default location and not in the position moved to.
