487 - Tooltip background/frame error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Doing a mouseover in bags, especially on the higher/top rows.
2. Tooltip box gets larger as you mouseover items on lower rows.
3. Turning off MoveAnything removes the problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tooltip box should only be as large as the tooltip text. Not smaller or larger.

What version of the product are you using?
16.0.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?
It's not an error, just a graphical glitch.

    Up voted; this occurs with teh latest version 16.0.3 as well.

    I've been using this for so long it took me days to find out which addon was messing with the size etc.
