519 - "Quest choice frame" Not working.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to utilize "Quest choice frame" move function.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It functions as normal.  Instead it doesn't work at all.

What version of the product are you using?
16.0.8

Do you have an error log of what happened?

All other windows move normally.
