What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open moveanything, select Target, then debuffs.
2. Move box to desired location
3. Close moveanything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Debuff box should move it does not.  Sometimes the debuffs totally disappear, other times, they stay lower left.

What version of the product are you using?
v16.0.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?
I do not get an error or swatter alert

I would occassionally get this problem before, and a reload would fix it.  With the new version it never fixes.
