What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checking off the edit position option.
2. Trying to move the frame.
3. Trying to edit the frame via advanced editing interface by clicking the name of the feature when in the MA control panel.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the frame to be edited in any way.  Instead, the frame cannot be modified, except for maybe half of it's features disappearing without a detectable pattern when attempting to edit.

16.0.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

Just seems to be an issue with this frame. It will intermittently happen with the Player Debuff frame too, but you can trick the bug by playing with the Player Buff feature.  I have tried this on two different computers with clean installs of the addon for both machines.
