544 - Reputation bar
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.every time I log in
2. take a portal
3. hearth, blue bar logging screen.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
moving the reputation bar to the top of the screen, I have done that with the artifact power and my xp bar which have no problem.
instead it stays at the bottom of the screen were it was set by wow
I can get it to move if I open move anything in interface sometime that will reset it if not then I have to go to the profile I saved and reload it.

16.0.9
