96 - implement team notes

I'd like to have notes for each team.

This is important for, say, a team which has been assembled for a particular fight where I have tactics notes or ideas for alternate pets to be carried/levelled.

  • Select a team
  • A text box appears to its right
  • The text box is the height of the team list
  • The text box has a minimize arrow, to collapse/hide it
    • I'm guessing people who have the team list floating would appreciate this
  • The text box allows arbitrary text
  • The text box has no save feature, all text changes are immediately saved/applied

Note that if ticket 95 (search) were implemented, a search feature for these notes would be welcomed.
