What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select Filter by Zone.

2. Cursor over Zone dropdown list.

3. Cursor over Broken Isles and Instances.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The "Broken Isles" link should display the list of Broken Isles Zones and the "Instances" link should display the list of Instances Zones.

Instead, The "Broken Isles" link displays the list of Instances Zones and "Instances" link displays nothing.

What version of the product are you using?

2.9.19

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No.  No errors are reported.

What other pet related addons are you using?

Irrelevant.

Does the Issue happen if PetJournal Enhanced is the only addon you have enabled?
