11 - Power Auras - spec 2 not working

Don't know if i am doing anything wrong but I'm having issues. Power Aura spec 2 does not work at all and Power Aura spec 1 travels over from my Primary toon spec to my Secondary toon spec which my Secondary toon spec has different timers (gray out). Prior to patch each spec worked correctly and not interfering with the other giving correct timers for there perspective toon spec.
