21 - Track party cds with partyX anchors with separate spell config

Although this is not the main purpose of PvPTimer, I would love to be able to track party cds aswell. Most if the framework is already in place to achieve this. Some months ago a made a party version, removing redundant code, but it's outdated now.

I want to show different cds for party members than I do for enemies, and I suppose this would require the most work.

A separate anchor similar to to each arena anchor would also be great.

I realize it might be a stretch hoping for this addition, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

    Thanks, I realize the amount of work this takes. That's why I didn't have too high hopes.

    I'll see what can i do, the problem is it's not hard to code, just takes a lot of time.
