44 - LibStub embeded twice in pkgmeta

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to unpack TinyDPS-7.0.3.2.zip
2. It says the LibStub files already exist

It looks like LibStub is embeded twice in the pkgmeta
https://github.com/Talyrius/TinyDPS/blob/master/.pkgmeta

Would it be better to just get it from Ace3 and remove the "move-folders" part?

    This is because it's also embedded in LibBossIDs-1.0 and it shouldn't be. Also, it shouldn't be possible for the packager to include a file with the same name at the same destination in the zip file. That's ridiculous. Anyway, I'm a maintainer on LibBossIDs-1.0 now, so when I get a chance, I'll make the necessary changes to fix it once and for all.
