11 - Changing buff/debuff position

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Ability to change positions and, consequently, growth direction for buffs/debuffs on frames (Target and Player, at the very least.). We already have the option of choosing buffs/debuffs to be above or below their respective frames. Would love more options like above-left, above-right, below-left, below-right.

    In the meantime, you could use Raven or similar addon to produce the desired effects.

    Currently we are still not on a state to implement new functions.
