58 - Add more customization options to the Player frame

Specifically, I'm missing the following:

1. An option to disable the display of mana on the player frame
2. An option to disable the “rested” icon on the player frame
3. An option to enable/disable the alternate raid icon location
4. An option to use “short” forms for the mana bar (e.g. 160.0K instead of 160000)

In general, the player frame seems to be a bit neglected in comparison to the significantly expanded customization options present for the “target” frame.

    The short form for mana bar would be really appreciated.
