59 - Allow changing anchor point
The current behavior for frames is to anchor at the topleft and grow to the bottom and right as the amount of visible bars/information/etc changes.
Instead I would like to anchor the frames at the bottom, so I can align them with the bottom of my screen and have them grow upwards as information gets added (e.g. mana bars visible or not).
