This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

WhyNotCC is an addon designed to let you view the methods in which an enemy npc ("mob") can be controlled and also to allow you to make custom notes for these mobs that you may come back to later.

/wnc, /wnc show - show the main panel of the addon.

/wnc hide - hide the main panel of the addon.

/wnc set (while having a mouseover target) - Creates a dialog box as a quick shortcut for editing the note for your mouseover target..

(/wncc and /whynotcc slash commands also work.)

Interface >> Addons >> WhyNotCC - Options page for the addon, this page allows you toggle whether the addon is displayed upon login, or which mod keys you'd like to require pressend when showing CC information.

The "Threshold" setting lets you select what information you'd like to show CC information for. The default is 4, showing information for hated, hostile, unfriendly and neutral npc's. You can (primarily for testing purposes) set the Threshold as far as 8 (Exalted).

Interface >> Addons >> WhyNotCC - Notes page for the addon, this page allows you to set notes for enemy npc's that have been logged by the addon. Enemies are added in the ZONE-NAME_MOB-NAME format.

Each time you mouseover a mob, it shows the CC options available for the enemy creature and any notes you might have for the creature.
